Bank Examiner in Charge. John Adamson, of Miller, Mo., an examiner for the state banking department, is now in charge of affairs at the Bank of El Dorado Springs. The examiner is now engaged in making an inventory of the assets and liabilities of that institution. As soon as this work is completed, no doubt, a bank receiver will be appionted for that institution and its affairs liquidated. Misses Bess Dove and Sophia Lee Lewis are engaged temporarily in assisting the examiner with this work. It is stated, on good authority, that the last funds deposited in the bank and held in trust by the state finance department, is now available. It will take the remainder of the week for the examiner to make the inventory. It is rumored, inasmuch as he has charge of several banks in this section, that John S. Pence, of Roscoe, will probably be the receiver placed in charge.
