JUDGMENTS OBTAINED BY BANK RECEIVER Bluefield, W. Va., Feb. 6 (Special).β€”Judgments totalling $43,153.59 were returned in federal court today involving ten cases which developed from the closing of the First National Bank of Anawalt. Edward O'Toole, Jr., was the principal defendant in the suit brought by Jack Bennett, receiver for the closed institution. All of the ten cases involved notes payable to the closed bank. Upon disposition of these cases, the court opened hearings on 11 other cases, in which the receiver seeks to collect double indemnity from stockholders.
