Resolutions of Respect WHEREAS, an All-Wise Father has removed from us our beloved co-worker, Mr. Herman Baumhoer, therefore, be it Resolved, That in the death of Mr. Baumhoer, this Bank loses one of its staunchest supporters and the Board of Directors one of its wisest counsel- ors. Resolved, That on Wednesday, December 31, a. m., during the ceremonies of interment, the business of the bank be suspended and the bank closed; Resolved, That the sincere and most heartfelt sympathies of the members of this Board be, and are hereby extended to the bereaved widow and children, whose loss, with them, we deeply mourn, and be it further Resolved, That a copy of these resolutions be published in the Meta Herald, be sent to the family of the deceased, and also spread upon the record book of this bank.
