FAILURE OF A SAVINGS BANK. ST. LOUIS, Feb. 20, 1876. A temporary injunction was issued by the Circuit Court yesterday, restraining the Guardian Savings Bank from any further transaction of business. A receiver was also asked for, but no action was taken on that part of the petition. The Guardian Savings Bank is a small concern and became crippled by the failure of its President, B. J. Reilly, some time ago.
