TWO VICTORIES WON BY BANK RECEIVER Jan. Baker, receiver of the Denton State Bank of Denton, won two victories today at the hands of the Montana Supreme court. One the expense of the Union Assurance Society of London and the other Pennsylvania Fire Insurance company. Baker sued, assignee of an policy recover damage for a building stroyed by fire.
