Eckerson Submits His Resignation As Bank Receiver J. L. Eckerson of the insolvent banks division of the United States treasury department announced Wednesday he had resigned as receiver for the Boise City National bank and the Parma National bank. Eckerson said his duties will be taken over next Monday morning by Ross Madden of Caldwell, who has been associated with the administration of the Regional Agricultural Credit corporation's affairs here. No reason was given for the change. Eckerson said Wednesday he has not yet received a new assignment from Washington. During his term of receivership, Eckerson said, collections totaling one million 600 thousand dollars were made. Dividends totaling 53 1-3 per cent have been paid to depositors in the three years since the bank closed its doors, he said.
