Schwenker Questioned Hearing John Doe Investigation Of Franklin Bank Transactions Is Held Behind Closed Doors Milwaukee, (UP) Calvin Schwenker, former state banking was the first witness called today as Milwaukee county officials opened John Doe investigation transactions which closed the Franklin State Bank.
