BANK RECEIVER WANTS $41,351 Paul Fischer Asks Court for Judgmentsβ€”Other Petitions Are Filed Judgments totaling $41,351 are asked by Paul J. Fischer, receiver for the American Savings bank, in seven petitions filed in district court. A judgment for $25,958 on a promissory note is demanded in a suit filed against the Iowa Mortgage and Securities company. Mr. Fischer in the same petition also demands $4,808 from the Pecos Valley Development company, $6,500 from the Carl Tennis Land company, $1,600 from A. T. Bennett, as administrator of the estate of Payne Sargisson, and $550 from H. J. Sweet, all on promissory notes. Judgments totaling $1,935 on promissory notes also was asked by Mr. Fischer in six separate petitions, as follows: Abraham Hassan, $200; Daniel Katt, $200; George Frame, $75; W. Salzman, $1,010; D. Singer, $200; Ed Voloshen and Daniel Katt, $250. Judgments totaling $15,472 are demanded on promissory notes in miscellaneous suits filed in district court, as follows: Susie Thompson against William Wink and Bertha Wink, $4,505; First Trust and Savings bank, of Moville, against John Wink and Ida Wink, $4,834; C. W. Pratt against O. M. Early and Alice K. Early, $3,082; W. L. Sanborn against William Grooteval and Cora Grooteval, $443; Continental Mortgage company against Pearl Kopiloff and Sam Kopiloff, $1,633; West Fork Lumber company against L. H. Puttman, $427; W. H. Rockerfeller against Peter Killoran and John Killoran, $548.
