Three Plead Guilty Olan Alexander pleaded guilty of possessing and transporting intoxicating liquor and was sentenced to 25 days in jail. Jose Reveria, who also pleaded guilty of possessing liquor, was fined $50. Alexander's car was forfeited. Fabian Kostuck pleaded guilty of violating the Dyer act, and sentence was deferred until Tuesday morning. Robert Brown Hudson's bond was forfeited and new bond set at $1,000. Criminal cases dismissed were: Bert Stout alias Albert Stout, charged with Dyer act violation; J. E. Loggins alias R. L. West, charged with mail fraud; Bill Kellum, charged with possession of cognac, gin, rum and whiskey; R. E. Cannon alias R. E. Shannon, charged with counterfeiting; and Martha Ingram, charged with counterfeiting. Suits Are Continued Five suits against members of the Clements family of Plainview, who, it was claimed, were favored in payment of deposits from the failing First National bank of Plainview, were continued on the law docket Monday for service. F. A. Blankenbeckler, the bank's receiver, is plaintiff, and defendants are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Clements, Pelham Clements, Robert Roy Clements, and Mrs. Robert Clements.
