Mrs. labor's Claim Defeated. Denver, July 23.-Judge Carpenter yesterday dismissed the garnishment proceedings brought by Elizabeth B. Tabor against George W. Trimble as receiver of the Bank of Leadville. Mrs. Tabor tried to garnishee $24.000, which amount of money. funds of the bank. she said. was in Trimble's possession. The case will go to the Court of Appeals.
