ECEIVER's NOTICE.-The subscriber havR ing been appointed by the Court of Chancery of New Jersey Re. ceiver of the MORRIS COUNTY BANK. hereby gives notice that the creditors of said Bank are by the order of the said Court required to present to bim their several claims and demands against said Bank under oath or affirmation. within six months from the twentieth day of May instant, and in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of such dividends as may thereafter be made and declared by the said Court upon the proceeds and effects of said Corporation.-Dated Morristown, THEODORE LITTLE, Receiver.
