BANK RECEIVER SUES DR. BUNCE ORANGE. N.J. chapter in the marital difficulties of Dr. Vernon F. Bunce. local dentist. was recorded last week when suit was instituted in the U.S. District Court by the Orange National Bank now in receivership, against Dr. Bunce and Dr. Walter The action for which, according to the petition. represents the amount due on promissory note made by Dr. Bunce and endorsed by Dr. Alexander several years ago when Bunce opened equipped his dental office. Recently when Dr. Bruce. who is well known as tennis player. sought to secure possession of his son through habeas corpus proceedings in Pittsburgh he testified under oath that his income month was more than and his net after paying all overhead and personal expenses was from $90 to $110.

Jersey Dentist Broke ORANGE, N, J, - Dr. Vernon Bunce, prominent Orange dentist, who was recently sued by the Orange National Bank, now in the hands of a receiver for $1,244, representing the unpaid balance on the taxes, has filed a petition in voluntary bankruptcy.
