LIQUIDATE ASSETS FOR DEPOSITORS [INTERNATIONAL NEWS SERVICE] COVINGTON, Ind., March 28.—Thomas Barr, deputy state banking commissioner was expected here today to make an examination of books of the Citizens' bank of Covington. Bank directors have voted to liquidate the institution's assets to protect depositors, President W. H. Lykins announced.
