Wood, which took place in the Hustings Court yesterday, ended in a hung jury. In the Law and Equity Court yesterday, in the matter of the Planters' National Bank of Richmond and others against Breeden, Talley & Co. and others, Williamson Talley was appointed receiver, and entered a bond for $10,000, the Virginia Trust Company going security. A suit was instituted by C. H. Page against H. A. Catlin for $150. In the Chancery Court Sarah C. Acree qualified as executrix of the estate of Mary E. Sclater.

City Hall Courts. In the Law and Equity Court in the matter of the Planters National Bank of Richmond, and others against Breeden. Talley & Co., and others, Williamson Talley was appointed receiver and entered a bond for $10,000, the Virginia Trust Company going security. A suit was instituted by C. H. Page against H. A. Catlin for $150. In the Chancery Court Sarah C. Acree qualified as executrix of the estate of Mary E. Sclater. The trial of Eli Tindle, who assaulted Nannie Webb is on in the Hustings Court.
