OHIO NEWS BRIEFED FOR BUSY ONES Happenings of Interest During Past 24 Hours Briefly Told. CAMBRIDGE-Joseph Robe, 65, Newark. engineer, was killed when the engine and baggage car of a Baltimore and Ohio passenger train left the tracks about three miles west of here. T. A. Albun, 45. fireman. also of Newark. is suffering from possible fatal burns. ST. OLAIRSVILLE-William Thomas. former cashier of the Bridgepart Banking Company. and Henry Fox, former cashier of the Dollar Savings Bank at Bridgeport, were indicted here yesterday, charged with embeszlement and falsifying records. The Bridgeport company failed with a shortage of $400,000 and the Dollar Bank closed with $100,000 missing. CINCINNATI-Denial that it infringed patent rights on a mechanical rabbit used in dog races at the park near Hamilton, O., is contained in an answer filed in federal court here, yesterday, by the Springdale Amusement company. The suit was brought by Mrs. Hannah M. Smith. administratrix of the estate of Owen
