Description

Newspapers (Augโ€“Nov 1917, Apr 1918) repeatedly refer to David M. McCloskey as receiver of the Farmers' and Miners' Bank of Marianna, PA, and filings/audits of the receiver's final account and distribution are reported. No article describes a depositor run; the bank was placed in receivership and final distributions were made, indicating permanent closure. I infer 'state' bank from the name; could be unknown if uncertain.
