Wilson and Geneva Wilson, his wife, The First National Bank of Galata, a National Banking corporation, W. M. Wayman, Receiver of the First National Bank of Shelby, a National Banking corporation, Assignee and Successor of The First National Bank of Galata, a National Banking corporation, Successor of the Galata State Bank, a corporation, Rogers-Templeton Lumber Co., a corporation, Lothair State Bank, a corporation, E. V. Day, Receiver of The Glacier County State Bank (of Cut Bank) a corporation, Successor to the Lothair State Bank, a corporation, the County Treasurer of Liberty County, and Liberty County, (Montana) a body politic and corporate, and M. E. Beck, O. Moulden, and J. R. Stille Trustees of and doing business under the name, style and collective designation of the Northern Montana Holding Co., a common law trust, Defendants. To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on the 25th day of October, A. D. 1924, at 9:20 o'clock A. M., at the front door of the court house in the town of Chester, in the said County of Liberty, the following property: Lots two (2) and three (3) the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter (SE 1/4 NW 1/4) the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter (NE 1/4 SW 1/4) the southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of section nineteen (19) in township thirty-one (31) north of range four (4) east of the Montana Meridian, containing 320 acres, more or less, according to the United States government survey thereof.
