Four More Chicago Banks Are Closed CHICAGO, June 24.β€”(AP)β€”The National Bank of Woodlawn, on the southside, and the Ravenswood National Bank in the uptown district were closed by Federal bank examiners today. The Woodlawn National had deposits of $2,240,385 last January. The Ravenswood National had deposits of $500,000. The Kaspar-American State Bank on the Southwest side was next to be closed. Its deposits had been $400,000. The Central Manufacturing District Bank was closed at noon. Its deposits were listed at $3,500,000.
