Casey Won't Get It. Special to the Globe. WASHINGTON, July 14.-Ex-Senator Lyman R. Casey is being pushed for the receivership of the Lloyd National Bank of Jamestown, but he will not be appointed. The stockholders favor Ernst Schweilenback, a good Democrat and reliable man, and Comptroller Eckles will appoint him. The directors of the suspended bank of Hot Springs, S. D., are preparing to resume, in which the courptroller will second them.
