No run is described. Articles clarify that a receiver was appointed for the Citizens Trust & Guaranty Company (a trust company, not a bank). Receiver appointed following suit alleging insolvency; therefore the episode is a suspension/closure with a receiver. OCR variants: 'Guarantee'/'Guaranty' spelling appears; I use 'Guaranty' as provided in the metadata.
