A petition was recently presented to Judge Craig, in the District Court at Rawlins, praying for the appointment of a receiver for the North American Trust Company, Hon. G. M, Winkleman,s bank at Encampment. Gus Jensen, who has been practically receiver of that institution for the past three months, was nominat and his appointment confirmed by Judge Craig at a recent sitting of the Court, Mr. Jensen is working at the affairs of the institution and chopes to eventually get its busimess straitened out.
