The Auditor of State was notified by telegraph at noon that the Citizens' State Bank, of Monroeville, Allen county, had suspended this morning. The concern was one of the Dwiggins chain of banks in Indiana, and has a capital stock of $30,000. It corresponded with the National Bank deposit of New York, and the Columbian National Bank of Chicago. Its suspension was due to the failure of the latter bank. It was organized under the laws of Indiana about a year ago. The president is J. B. Niezer, and C. P. Mitchell is cashier.
