Olaf Martin Anderson, an unmarried man, The First National Bank of Chester, a National Banking Corporation, Frank Browne, as Receiver of The First National Bank of Chester, a National Banking corporation, A. G. Wedge, Jr., The Sheldon Company, a corporation, The First State Bank of Chester, a banking corporation, John H. Devine, as receiver of The First State Bank of Chester, a banking corporation The First National Bank of Joplin, a National Banking corporation, John A. Sanderson, as Receiver of the First National Bank of Joplin, a National banking corporation, The St. Anthony & Dakota Elevator Company, a corporation, M. L. Jensen, Clarence Langley, L. D. Pugsley, Erick Anderson, Chester Trading Company, Inc., a corporation, Liberty County, a corporate body politic, A. C. Strode and Geo. T. Ainley, Defendants.
To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on the 22nd day of November, A.D. 1924 at 9:20 o'clock A. M., at the front door of the court house in the town of Chester, in the said County of Liberty, the following property:
East half (E½) section seventeen (17) township thirtyone north, (31 N), range six east (6E) Montana meridian, together with the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging.
