New Bank Receiver

KALISPELL, Jan. 17.—Rock D. Frederick has been named receiver of the Brotherhood Labor bank at Whitefish. He succeeds the late J. D. Neville, well known attorney of that city, who died recently. In view of the condition of the bank, the bond was reduced by Judge J. E. Rockwood in district court here to $5,000 from twice that amount.
