THE SOUTHEASTERN SEIZED. MONTREAL, Nov. 22.-Sheriff Quesnel, of Athabaska, seized the whole line of the Southeastern Railway to-day, but a compromise was made regarding the movables. The seizure was for a claim of $20,000 by the Township of Wickham. The Sheriff has forwarded to The Official Gazette a notice of ssle for Janaary 29. Ex-Governor Hendee, of Vermont, receiver of the bank at St. Albans in which Bradley Barlow is interested, has been in the city for the past few days endeavoring to ar. range Mr. Barlow's affairs in regard to the Southeastern road, which are daily becoming more complicated by lawsuits and seizures.
