By virtue of an execution directed me from the Clerk of the District urt of Decatur county, Iowa, on a ment obtained in said court, on 23rd day of October, 1919, in or of Francis Varga, receiver of catur State Savings Bank, as intiff. and against S. H. Campbell a Hallie M. Campbell, as defendts, for the sum of $4721.98, attory's fees and costs taxed at $91.41, d accruing costs, I have levied on the following real estate, taken the property of said defendants, satisfy said execution, to-wit: The north 1/2 of lot No. 6, in block 1. Decatur City, Decatur county, owa. And will offer the same for sale O, the highest bidder for cash in and, on the 4th day of December. A. D. 1919, in front of the Court House door in Leon, Iowa, at the our of 10 o'clock A. M. of said day. hen and where due attendance will he given by the undersigned. Sheriff's Sale. By virtue of an execution directed to me from the Clerk of the District Court of Decatur county, Iowa, on a judgment obtained in said court, on the 23rd day of October, 1919, in favor of Francis Varga, receiver of Decatur State Savings Bank, as plaintiff, and against S. H. Campbell and Hallie M. Campbell. as defendants, for the sum of $4721.98. attorney's fees and costs taxed at $91.41, and accruing costs, I have levied upon the following real estate, taken as the property of said defendants, to satisfy said execution, to-wit: The north 1/2 of lot No. 6, in block 14, Decatur City, Decatur county, Iowa.
