MAY ASK R. F. C. FOR AID To Take up Mortgages of Bank at Hastings. HASTINGS, Neb. (UP). Assistance of the Omaha office of the R. F. C. may be employed in the reopening of the Nebraska National bank here, according to W. H. Fisher conservator in charge of reorganization. Problems of executive personnel are the chief questions to solve prior to re-opening of the institution, Fisher said. Prospective investors in stock of the bank with executive qualifications are being considered in the move to find new officers. Fisher stated that aid of the R. F. C. at Omaha may be used in taking up of some real estate mortgages. Liquidation of this paper would be in line with the general program of building up the reserve, he said.
