Fenton, Mich., July 14—(AP)—Temporary suspension of the Fenton State Savings bank was announced this morning. Frank H. Hitchcock, cashier, said the closing was due to frozen assets, which, however, are ample to cover all deposits. A 90-day withdrawal order became effective July 1 as a safeguard to depositors, he stated. Phone Company Dividend A two percent dividend in stock on common stock of the Associated Telephone Utilities company, of which the Michigan Associated Telephone company, of Muskegon, is a subsidiary, has been voted by the directors of the parent company. The dividend will be payable Oct. 15 to holders of record on Sept. 30, 1931.
