Esmond Bank Is Ready to Pay Off Second Dividend A nine per cent dividend, amounting to about $2,100, will be sent out today or tomorrow to old depositors of the Esmond State Bank, Receiver Mougin has announced. About 450 persons will be awarded this amount, according to the officials, as a second dividend is declared. The first share of the depositors' money was sent out on April 27 this year. This installment of the money has been derived from adding five per cent of the bank assessment to the four per cent of the stock assessment, the receiver asserted. The Esmond State bank, not unlike many others of this section, was closed suddenly early this year.
