BANK PAYS 30% DIVIDEND Another dividend, amounting to 30%, is to be paid to depositors of the closed Farmers Bank of Westboro, it is announced by Frank H. Hopkins, liquidator. Checks will be mailed to depositors the latter part of this week, Mr. Hopkins states. The current dividend of 30% brings the total payments to depositors to 70% to date, and the affairs of the instiution have not been closed as yet. Mr. Hopkins states that a further dividend will probably be paid, although any definite announcement is, of course, not possible at this time. Repayment of the major part of deposits of the bank, through liquidation proceedings during period of economic distress, is a tribute to the work of the liquidator and matter of much satisfaction to depositors.
