SECOND DIVIDEND TO BANK DEPOSITORS LONDON, Sept. 29.βE. H. Blair, state superintendent of banks in charge of the liquidation of the defunct Commercial bank at West Jefferson, has authorized the payment of a second dividend of 20 per cent to depositors of the bank and the payment has been directed by Judge Roscoe G. Hornbeck of London, judge of the common pleas court of Madison co. The dividend is being paid out by the Farmers' bank of West Jefferson, following the presentation of proof of claims.
