THE COURTS, Chancery Court. The Jan uary term of the Chancery Court for Knox county reassembled yesterday morning, Hon. W. B. Staley presiding, and the following was entered of record : E. A. Yost VS. A. S. Hudiburg; prayer for appeal overruled. Robt. Ewing, receiver, vs. Wm. Coffman; same VS. M. D. Bearden et al.; demurrers overruled, and, by consent, allowed till first Monday in April to answer. T. C. Brabson et al. V8. John M. Davis et al.; order to pay out fund modified. C. F. Jackson vs. R. R. Swepson et al.; decree against complainant and security for costs. Dunham, Taft & Co. vs. D. M. Key et al; Hoas, Guthman & Co. vs. A. Caldwell et al: attachment nisi vs. W. L. Eakin. Jno. M.
