Bank Depositors And Directors In Washington Confer Washington, Pa., Depositors And Directors Hope To Re-Open Closed Bank (International News Service) WASHINGTON, Pa., Nov. 23.—Directors and depositors of the closed Union Trust Company of Washington today began the first of a series of conferences to consider a plan for eventually reopening of the bank. All depositors of the bank were invited to meet with the directors during the coming week when details of the plan for reopening the institution will be explained. The bank suspended business several weeks ago because of seepage in deposits.
