Six Banks Will Reopen Monday Raleigh, May 12.—Six banks which have operated under restrictions since March 4, 1933, today were licensed by Gurney P. Hood, state bank commissioner, to resume regular business Monday. The banks will have nearly $450,000 which will become available to depositors. The six banks opening Monday will have deposit insurance. Data on the banks to open unrestricted follow: Commercial and Savings bank of Boonville; F. W. Day, president; J. W. Shore, cashier; capital $20,000; deposits, $32,998. Bank of Bladen at Clarkton E. J. Cox, president; E. C. Clark, cashier; capital, $22,500; deposits, $19,643. Bank of Coleraine at Coleraine; Dr. L. A. Nowell, president; C. B. Sessoms, cashier; capital, $25,700; deposits, $32,725. Bank of Harrellsville at Harrellsville; John O. Askew, Jr., president; E. D. Callis, cashier; capital, $20,900; deposits, $67,910. Bank of Windsor at Windsor; W. L. Lyon, president; T. Gilliam, cashier; capital, $20,000; deposits, $155,079. Bank of Yadkin at Yadkinville; W. A. Hall, president; E. H. Barnard, cashier; capital, $20,000; deposits, $138,805.
