Arthur Kennedy, Associate of Sylvester, Looks at Body in Lanesboro COUNTY ATTORNEY PLANS NO PROBE Foley Says Inquiry Into Identity is Not Necessary County Attorney John R. Foley of Wabasha county, in charge of the investigation into the affairs of the closed Plainview bank, will not go to Lanesboro today to inquire into the mystery of the unidentified man killed by a train several weeks ago, contrary to statements appearing in a St. Paul newspaper yesterday. Sylvester, missing president of the closed bank, and said that Mr. Foley would interview these persons today.
