Sheriff's Sale (First published in the Junetion City Republic, December 11, 1924. In the District Court of the 8th Judicial District. sitting in and for the County of Geary, in the State of Kansas. Dixon. deceased. et al Defendant By virtue of an order of Sale issued to me, out of said District Court, in the above entitled action, I will, on the 10th day of January, A. D. 1925, at 2 o'clock P. M. of said day, at the west front door of the Court House in the City of Junction City, in the County of Geary in the State of Kansas, offer at public sale and sell to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all the following described real estate. to wit: A Tract of land in Section Ten (10) Township 11, South, Range Five (5) East, being the north seven hundred and fifty (750) feet of the north east quarter (N. E. 1-4) of the southeast (S. E. 1-4) of said section 10 containing twenty-two and 72-100 acres also the South East quarter of the North East Quarter (S. E. 1-4 of N. E. 1-4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) South, Range Five East; lying and situate in the County of Geary in the State of Kansas. The above described real estate is taken as the property of said defendants, and is directed by said order of sale to be sold, and will be sold without appraisement, to satisfy said order of sale. A. He is a good hunter and goes out and gets a big string of them, lets them lie, all night in cold salt water and they find a ready sale in town among the fat business men who like rabbit but are too lazy to go out and hunt their cwn. Mr. and Mrs. James H. Pearson of Emporia drove up Friday afternoon and have been the guests for some days of the C. H. Manley and C. H. Manley Jr., families Albert Luthi and his boys are regular pals in work and play. The other night they, with Chas. Dixon, went possum hunting on Quinby creek, and after winding down the stream several miles went home with , fat appossums and 1 racoon, the father enjoying it as much as the youngsters.
