Bank Notice. RECEIVER'S OFFICE, LITTLE Rock, April 25th, 1845. Y reference to the act of the last Legislature B "to amend an act to place the Bank of the State of Arkansas in liquidation," the debtors to this institution will perceive that they are required in all renewals after the sixth day of this month to pay the amount of call and interest as heretofore required by law, and "to execute to the Bank a new note for the balance due."
