Yost, Pontiac, has been appointed special master in chancery for the Waldo township roads injunction suit of John Folkers and others against Glenn D. Butzer and others. Livingston county circuit court Judge Clyde H. Thompson fixed the special master's bond at $500. A trustee to whom Marshall Gordon should account as executor is asked by Winifred Hoker, Harry Patton, Josephine Mack and Ida F.
