The state has concluded its inquiry into the condition of the Donnellson State Bank, which closed a week ago Saturday. A report on the bank's affairs has been placed in the hands of Nelson and he will take action with a view to appointing a receiver or reorganizing the bank within a week or ten days. The bank was closed by the voluntary action of its directors and the next day V. A. Mansfield, president, committed suicide. A shortage and frozen assets were blamed for the bank's suspension. Depositors however, are expected to be paid in full.
