Note Judgments Returned. Promissory note judgments returned in district court by Judge John T. Moffit include those of D. W. Bates receiver of the Commercial Savings bank of Marion, against Maude B. Patten and C. A. Patten, $5,760.85; and First National bank of Marion against W. D. Taylor, $1,436.40. Judge John T. Moffit in district court Wednesday awarded a default divorce decree to Ida Mae Hayes against Charles Hayes on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. The plaintiff's former name of Ida Mae Wayne was restored. The two were married Oct. 23, 1922.
