BIRCH RUN BANK TO MAKE PAYOFF All Moratorium Certificates Will Be Liquidated January 14. Birch Run State bank on January 14 will start paying off all outstanding moratorium certificates, some of them not due until 1938, Herbert Walter, cashier, announced today.
