MONTROSE STATE BANK TO REOPEN Deposits Made Since August, 1932, to Be Honored 100 Per Cent. Montrose, Aug. 2.β€”The Montrose State bank, closed since the state banking holiday, will reopen tomorrow morning on basis of 100 per cent payment of deposits made since Aug. 22, 1932, when the institution reopened following a period of receivership, according to officials of the bank who received word from Lansing today that their license had been granted by the banking commission. Qualifications for the reopening have been met through a process of liquidation made necessary because of reserve deposits tied up in other closed banks. No reorganization or further capitalization has been required, bank officials said.
