DENIES INDICTMENTS IN FERNDALE PROBE Pontiac, Mich., July 7.—(By AP)—Announcing that no indictments are to be returned as a result of a grand jury investigation of the receivership of the Ferndale bank, Justice Forbes Hascall, of Birmingham, said today he would make public Monday the complete report of his findings.
