COUNTY RECOVERS $13,000 OF FUNDS IN CLOSED BANK New Ulm, Minn., March 4.βSpecial: Brown county has been paid nearly $13,000 by parties who signed the surety bond for the State Bank of Sleepy Eye, now closed. When the bank suspended business some time ago, the county had nearly $33,000 on deposit and the money now paid in by the bond signers has been deducted from the amount the county claims from the bank.
