POSTS BOND Butte, Neb., Jan. 4. (AP)β€”Charles Roe, former president of the Farmers' State bank at Lynch, yesterday furnished $2,000 bond for his appearance in district court here March 5 to answer a charge of accepting deposits for the bank when it was insolvent. The bank closed Jan. 14, 1932. The charge was filed by County Attorney W. L. Brennan.

HEARING HELD ON TION MATTER LUIKART PECK The case which receiver the Farm* State bank of Lynch, sued Peck, Frank Joseph McDonald, Minnie McDonald, CharRoe, Rosicky and Birdie Melsha, residents of Boyd county setled last hearing before District Judge Dickson O'Neill. ordered that Peck shall have depositor's claim against the bank for and shall entitled to dividends pay. date sum percent out of the received him. decreed that Peck pay Luikart the of shall assign receiver note Minnie Rohde and Rohde dated Dec. 29, 1931, the $600 which there balance of due with interest percent from July and the signed by Frank and McDonald, dated Dec. 28, the of $550 with interest percent.
