Public Sale of Assets WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 1935 IN THE MATTER OF THE RECEIVERSHIP OF THE STATE BANK OF ROCK CREEK, ROCK CREEK, JEFFERSON COUNTY, KANSAS. NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Charles W. Johnson, Receiver of the State Bank of Rock Creek, Kansas, acting under authority and by direction of the Bank Commissioner of the State of Kansas, and of the District Court of Jefferson County, Kansas, will on Wednesday, December 18th 1935, commencing at 10:00 o'clock a. m., at the office of the Assistant Receiver, Rock Creek, Jefferson County, Kansas, offer for sale to the highest bidder or bidders for cash in hand, the following described assets, property and claims belonging to and due said bank, to-wit:

SAID SALE WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER The notes, claims, obligations, judgments and items of personal property above described will first be offered for sale separately and will then be offered for sale as a whole, and if the amount bid in the aggregate for all said property when offered separately exceeds amount bid for the whole, then the property will be sold separately and otherwise will be sold as a whole. The Sale or Sales in either instance will be subject to the approval of the Bank Commissioner of the State of Kansas, and the District Court of Jefferson County, Kansas, and the undersigned Receiver reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted. Any sale or sales made will convey all the right, title and interest of said Bank and Receiver in and to the property sold, but will be without warranty of title and will be without recourse of any kind or character upon or against said Bank Commissioner, the Receiver or Assistant Receiver of said bank, the estate of said bank or anyone connected with said bank or the Administration thereof. The information contained herein is taken from the books and records of the Bank and is believed to be accurate, but is not guaranteed. The sale will be conducted by and through H. A. Gruner, as Assistant Receiver in active charge of the liquidation of said Bank. Witness my hand at Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas, this 5th day of December, 1935. CHAS. W.
