Receiver in Order for Decatur Bank (From a Staff Correspondent) Lincoln, June :- - (Special.)-The failure of the parties who were expected to take over the failed Decatur bank to take possession, and their notice to the secretary of the State Banking board that they had decided not to take the bank. leaves the situation just as it was before the delay and means now that a receiver will be appointed by Judge Day. The bank examiner who has had charge all along is still in charge and it may take some time before the situation is cleared up.
