A. d'Hemecourt.-Plaintiff.bo is receiver of the New Orleans Banking Association sues defendants for value of several promissory notes to the amount of $15,637. with Interest. N. W. Casey, receiver. VS. M. T. and R. V. Ducros.-This is a suit for recovery of value of certain notes. drawn by defendants and in DOSsession of the New Orleans Banking Association, of which plaintiff is receiver. Value of notes. $2703 81, and interest on this amount at the rate of 8 per cent is claimed.

# UNITED STATES CIRCUIT COURT.
N. W. Casey, receiver of the New Orleans Banking Association, has filed a suit in this tribunal against R. Villarubia and J. A. d'Heme-court for the sum of $15,637, on three promissory notes made by defendants and held by the bank.
A suit was also filed by Receiver Casey against M. J. and R. V. Dueros for the sum of $2753 on a promissory note.
