NOTICE TO CREDITORS In the Matter of the Insolvency of the First State Bank, Regan, North Dakota. Notice is hereby given by the undersigned. L. R. Baird, Bismarck, North Dakota. as Receiver of First State Bank. Regan. North Dakota, to the creditors of said insolvent Bank and to all persons having claims against said insolvent Bank, to exhibit them and file them. with the necessary vouchers, with the undersigned Receiver at his office at Bismarck, within four months after the first publication of this Notice. If said claims are not so filed, they will be barred from any participation in any dividends which may be paid by the Receiver from the assets of said insolvent Bank. Dated January 21. 1929. L. R. First Regan Bank Is Paying 10 P. C. More A 10 per cent dividend is being paid depositors of the First State Bank of Regan, through the office of P. A. NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Notice Is Hereby Given: That that certain mortgage executed and delivered by Joseph W. Guthrie and Ruth Guthrie, husband and wife, of Bismarck, North Dakota, mortgagors, to First State Bank of Regan, a corporation of Regan, North Dakota, mortgagee, dated' the 23rd day of December, 1926, and filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Burleigh County, North Dakota, on the 28th day of December, 1926, and duly recorded in Book 196 of Mortgages on page 5, will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises in such mortgage and hereinafter described, at the front door of the County Court House in the City of Bismarck, Burleigh County, North Dakota, at the hour of 2 o'clock P. M. on the 15th day of December, 1930, to satisfy the amount due upon said premises and mortgage at the time of sale. That the premises described in said mortgage, and which will be sold to satisfy the same, are those certain premises situated in Burleigh County, North Dakota, and described as follows, to-wit: Lot Eight (L-3) in Block Three (B-3) of Macombers' additions to South Wilton, North Dakota. That there will be due on said mortgage on the date of the sale the sum of Six hundred eight and 35/100 dollars ($608.35) principal and the sum of Forty two dollars and twenty seven cents ($42.27) interest. making a total of Six hundred fifty and 62/100 dollars ($650.62) besides the statutory attorneys fees and costs of this sale and foreclosure.
