CASHIER GIVES BONDS Watford City, N. D., March 20.-S. R. Otesa. former cashier of the First State bank of Cartwright, is at liberty under bonds of $1,500 pending trial in district court on a charge of accepting deposits in an insolvent bank. The complaint against. Otesa was signed by J. D. Engebretson, a depositor. The bank was closed a few months ago on order of the banking board and is now in the hands of ร  receiver.

Banks at Flaxton and Cartwright Are * Paying Dividends Dividend payments to depositors in closed banks at Flaxton and Cart. wright were announced today by L. R. Baird; receiver for closed banks. A -10 per cent dividend is being paid by the Citizens State bank of Flaxton, and a 10 per cent dividend in,being paid by the First State bank of Cartwright. Both dividends are being paid through. J. P. Reeve, district manager, at Burlington, N. D.
